2. Products & Pricing

We aim to display accurate product details, images, and prices in Naira (₦). Occasionally an error may occur — if a product is mispriced or misdescribed, we’ll contact you before processing the order, and you may cancel if you’re not satisfied with the correction.

3. Orders & Payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we accept once we confirm and process it. Payment is required at checkout through our secure payment provider. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Shipping is free on orders over ₦50,000; smaller orders incur a delivery fee calculated at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you once an order is delivered to the address provided.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled under our separate Refund & Returns Policy. By ordering with us, you agree to those terms as well.

6. Account Responsibility

You’re responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at black@friday.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use our site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its security or functionality, or to submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including logos, product descriptions, images, and design — belongs to Richie Reach Market or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

We work to keep our site accurate and available, but we don’t guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, Richie Reach Market isn’t liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site or products purchased through it.
